What data we collect
- Contact form — name, company, e-mail, phone and the message you write. These are the only personal data we actively collect.
- Language preference — stored only in your browser (localStorage); it is never sent to our servers.
- Technical access logs — the server records IP address, date and time, like any website, for security and diagnostics.
How we use the data
Exclusively to answer your enquiry and prepare the quote or technical proposal you requested (legal basis: pre-contractual procedures and legitimate interest, art. 7 of the LGPD). We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Sharing and retention
Form data is delivered by e-mail to our sales team through the hosting/e-mail provider that operates the site’s infrastructure. It is kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal obligations, and is then deleted.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools. The only information persisted in your browser is your language preference.
Your rights (LGPD)
You may at any time request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion of your data, under arts. 17 to 22 of the LGPD. Just send an e-mail to contato@cetarch.com — we reply within the legal deadline.
